Stargirl

A girl comes to a school where there is no diversity. She is wacky and different from everyone else. At first everyone was curious about Stargirl, then they loved her, then they hated her. In her attempt to become popular, Leo, the main character, realizes that it's ok to be different. What I liked best was that it was very intelligently written. It was like the whole book was a poem, but it wasn't. It was sort of sad but not really. Overall I really liked it. It was very unique style.
