It's about 2 boys, Jeremy and Rusty, who have lots of fun games. Jeremy is always saying "I swear to howdy if you tell..." and Rusty always says "I won't, I won't." And then they are just doing a joke when something happens. It's really funny because Rusty and Jeremy are always doing funny things. I recommend this book.
