It is about a boy who finds smallpox scabs from an epidemic. He inhales scabs that may contain a deadly virus. Now it is a matter of life and death while trying not to spread the disease and avoid bioterrorists. I liked it because it is exciting and fast moving with lots of cliff hangers.
