Joelle is tall and has dark skin. It is no secret that she is adopted; but where is she really from? What happpend in her childhood that is so mysterious? I really liked this book because Joelle is a very descriptive character and is very realistic. This book is filled with adventures and suspense. It is very mysterious and keeps you reading till the end.
